Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CIEL GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 November 2015 at 10.16am.
We fix 13 January 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
