Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for water treatment infrastructure, subject to Instruments 24995 and 198825.4 and appurtenant to Instrument 8257517.11, and to remain vested in the Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
