Classification of Reserves
To the Registrar-General of Land, South Auckland Land Registration District, and pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, I, Richard Graham Briggs, Chief Executive of the Hamilton City Council, hereby certify that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council at an ordinary meeting on 25 June 2015:
“That pursuant to Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the reserves described in Schedule One hereto are classified as recreation reserve, and the reserves described in the Schedule Two hereto are classified as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.”

Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes—Waddington, Canterbury
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for railway purposes, subject to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Restructuring Act 1981, and to remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
