Notice of Intention to Consider Varying a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87J(3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport intends to consider varying the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline in order to provide for scheduled international air services to Viet Nam.

Any person wishing to make representations to the Minister of Transport relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, PO Box 3175, Wellington, on or before 11 December 2015.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following school:

Kaitaia Abundant Life School (Kaitaia) (238).

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 17 November 2015.

Notice of Amendment to the 2010 Reasonable Hypothesis Statement of Principles Regarding Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma under the Veterans’ Support Act 2014

  1. Pursuant to section 24 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014, the Minister of Veterans’ Affairs gives notice of the amendment of the Statements of Principles No. 28 of 2010 regarding non-Hodgkins lymphoma under the Veterans’ Support Regulations 2014.

  2. The amendment takes effect on the date of publication of this notice.

  3. Statement of Principles No. 28 of 2010 is not revoked but should be read and applied together with the Amendment Statement of Principles No. 93 of 2015.

  4. The amendment reflects insertion of one new factor for exposure to ionising radiation and a definition of "cumulative equivalent dose".

  5. Copies of the Amendment Statement of Principles on non-Hodgkins lymphoma are available on the website of the Australian Repatriation Medical Authority
