Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Tony Pattison and Jeremy Morley, liquidators of GRANDE VILLA LODGE LIMITED, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 1 January 2016.

Notice is given of the intention to remove WOOD APPEAL FLOORING LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 24 December 2015.

Land Transport Rules
In accordance with section 161(2) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency, on behalf of the Minister of Transport, gives notice of the Minister’s intention to make a Rule that will amend Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimensions and Mass 2002 and advises that draft Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimensions and Mass Amendment [2016] is available for public comment.
The proposed amendment Rule aims to allow road controlling authorities to issue permits for higher axle loading on all buses.
A copy of the draft amendment Rule and accompanying overview material may be obtained by calling the NZ Transport Agency Contact Centre on freephone 0800 699 000 and is available, together with questions and answers, on the website
www.nzta.govt.nz/VDAM-Amendment-2016
The consultation material is also available for viewing at the NZ Transport Agency’s National Office and regional offices. Groups and individuals who have registered their interest have been advised of the availability of the draft amendment Rule for comment.
Submissions close at 5.00pm on 21 December 2015.
