This is a solvent liquidation as the company has no assets and no known liabilities or creditors and notice is hereby given that it is intended for the company to be removed from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 23 December 2015.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.
