Land Declared Road—State Highway 30, Awakeri, Whakatane

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Rotorua 2015, No. 1.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
