Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of Waitaki Kaik Fishing Reserve Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Christchurch Office, Department of Conservation, revokes the appointment of the Waitaki Kaik Fishing Reserve Committee to control and manage the Kaik local purpose (fishing settlement) reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints Waitaki Kaik Fishing Reserve Incorporated to control and manage the reserve as a local purpose (fishing settlement) reserve.
