Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Gary Anaru, Group Manager, Service Delivery, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on 19 November 2015.

Declaring Land Acquired for Public Access (Cycle Way) and Road Stopped and Vested—Kumara, Westland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to sections 17 and 20, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for public access (cycle way) and vested in the Westland District Council, subject to Easement Instrument 9188812.1 over Computer Freehold Registers WS5D/751, WS5D/752 and WS8B/103; and

b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), vested in Ian Christopher Stewart to be held in one title, subject to Easements marked "A" and "B" on SO 479197

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
