Declaration of Renaming of Reserve
To the Registrar-General of Land, South Auckland Land Registration District, and pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, I, Richard Graham Briggs, Chief Executive of the Hamilton City Council, hereby certify that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council at an ordinary meeting on 27 August 2015:
“That pursuant to Section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the reserve described in the Schedule below is to be renamed, subject to the provisions of the said Act.”

Leasehold Estate Declared to be Under Control and Management of Land Information New Zealand—Tekapo Basin, Mackenzie District
Pursuant to section 42(4)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the leasehold estate described in the Schedule, together with the right of way in Easement Instrument 8207931.1, to be under the control and management of Land Information New Zealand as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
