Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

  • Craighead Diocesan School (Timaru) (357)
  • Excellere College (Whangarei) (429)
  • Te Ra School (Raumati South) (1613)
  • Kingsgate School (Pukekohe) (603)
  • St Oran’s College (Lower Hutt) (265)

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 10 November 2015.

Resource Management (Approval of NZ Transport Agency as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2015

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of NZ Transport Agency as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2015.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Application of notice—This notice shall apply in addition to and not in substitution for The Resource Management (Approval of Transit New Zealand as Requiring Authority) Order 1992 and The Resource Management (Approval of Transit New Zealand as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 March 1994, No. 20, page 978).

  2. Approval as a requiring authority—The NZ Transport Agency is approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 for the purpose of constructing or operating (or proposing to construct or operate) and maintaining cycleways and shared paths in New Zealand pursuant to the Government Roading Powers Act 1989 and the Land Transport Management Act 2003.

Reappointment to the Maritime New Zealand Board

Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport is pleased to reappoint

David Ledson

as a member and chair of the Maritime New Zealand Board for a term commencing on 20 November 2015 and expiring on 31 October 2016.
