Notice is given that on 28 October 2015 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating
that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Geoffrey Edwards be appointed as liquidator.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution
