NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 123 — 12 NOVEMBER 2015

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it, resolved on 20 October 2015 that the entire property held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby declared to be a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act.

Control and Management of a Reserve

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Auckland Office, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of that part of the Rosedale Park Recreation Reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule be held for recreation reserve purposes.
