Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Aerolineas Argentinas to provide for additional routing options, especially for code-share services, and less onerous tariff filing requirements.
This variation took effect on 9 November 2015.
