Pursuant to Part III of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 and by resolution of the Far North District Council, the
following person was removed as a Trustee of the Waiotemarama Cemetery:

and the following persons were appointed as trustees of the Waiotemarama Cemetery:
Mark Ambler
Paul Ambler
Richard S. Lomas

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to
Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions
is to be held in trust on behalf of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie.
And that, on 15 July 2015, $1,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Nicholas Paul
Alfred Reekie.
A further $3,200.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie on
2 November 2015. As per section 28(2)(c) of the Act, the total sum of $4,200.00 will be held in the trust account
until the deadline specified below.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie to make
claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie, in respect of an offence for which Nicholas
Paul Alfred Reekie was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held
in the trust account on behalf of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

And that, on 2 November 2015, $17,746.65 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Kerry John
Williams.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Kerry John Williams to make claims
against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Kerry John Williams, in respect of an offence for which Kerry John
Williams was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust
account on behalf of Kerry John Williams.
