Schedule 4—Period of trial
The trial may begin after the publication of this notice and, unless terminated earlier, must end by 30 October 2017.
Schedule 5—Conditions and evaluation
a. An evaluation must be undertaken as outlined in Selwyn District Council’s trial application of 9 March 2015 and include:
i. Measurement of drivers’ compliance with the stop signs before and after the active stop ahead signs are installed;
ii. analysis of vehicle speed and volume on the approaches to the intersection before and after the active stop ahead signs are installed;
iii. assessment of drivers’ awareness and understanding of the active stop ahead signs;
iv. a study of crashes that occur at the intersection before and after the active stop ahead signs are installed;
v. a description of any operational problems with the signs during the trial and how they were resolved; and
vi. an assessment of cost and benefits of the signs and activation system as trialled and any recommendations to improve the signs or their operation;
b. a missing, damaged or malfunctioning sign must be repaired or replaced as soon as possible during the trial.
An interim evaluation report must be sent to me by 30 November 2016 and a final report by 1 February 2018.

Pursuant to sections 32 and 92 of the Auditor Regulation Act 2011, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

This notice is the Auditor Regulation Act (Prescribed Minimum Standards and Conditions for Licensed Auditors and Registered Audit Firms) Amendment Notice 2015. -
Commencement
This notice comes into force on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Principal notice
This notice amends the Auditor Regulation Act (Prescribed Minimum Standards and Conditions for Licensed Auditors and Registered Audit Firms) Notice 2012 (the principal notice). -
Clause 2 amended (Interpretation)
(1) In clause 2(1), definition of application for renewal, delete ", but does not include a licence applied for while a person holds a transitional licence".
(2) In clause 2(1), definition of approved practising certificate, delete ", and includes a certificate of public practice issued by NZICA".
(3) In clause 2(1), definition of Australian professional accounting body, replace "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia" with "Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand".
(4) In clause 2(1), revoke the definitions of NZICA, PES1, PES2, PES3 and transitional licence.
