Reclassification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a Parks, Recreation and Sport Committee resolution dated the 29th day of July 2015, the Auckland Council reclassifies the reserve in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a local purpose (car park) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Land Declared Road—Paraite Road, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
