We, Tony Pattison and Jeremy Morley, liquidators of ELLIS BUILDERS LIMITED, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 3 December 2015.

I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that these limited partnerships do not comply with section 8(1) of the Act.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of any of the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 3 December 2015 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnerships from the Register.
