Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew James Bethell and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 22 October 2015 under the terms of a general security deed (GSD) dated the 30th day of March 2006 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company’s rights, title and interest (present and future, legal and equitable) in, to, or derived from the assets of the company, with all the powers conferred by the GSD and at law.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Tony Leonard Maginness and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receivership has ended and that we have now ceased to act.
The company is not in liquidation and control has reverted to the director.
We have been unable to locate the director, Robert Lee, and his current whereabouts are not known.
