The shareholders of FREE CHOICE NZ LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 28 October 2015 at 10.00am.
A certificate of solvency has been signed by the director of the company.
