I, John Francis Managh, of Napier, hereby give notice that by resolution of the shareholders of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 October 2015 at 12.30pm, I was appointed liquidator.
Pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation. Proofs are to be received by us no later than 26 November 2015. Failure to prove by that date may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.

On 22 October 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 26 November 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FRASER RIGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 October 2015 at 10.55am.
We fix 30 November 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
