Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of MAKARAKA ESTATE LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 October 2015 at 10.17am.
We fix 23 December 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountant, and Gregory John Sherriff, certified practising accountant, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of MYBIZ1 LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 23 October 2015 at 4.00pm.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 23 November 2015 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
