Land Acquired for City Rail Link—21 Ruru Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the construction, operation and maintenance of a rail link and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to a water supply tunnel right in gross over part marked "B" and "C" on SO 488903, a personnel and equipment access right in gross over part marked "C" on SO 488903 in favour of Watercare Services Limited created by Transfer C186018.1, and Certificate 9889372.1 under section 148 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 that Section 1 SO 488903 is RFR land as defined in section 118 of the Act, and is subject to Subpart 1 of Part 4 of the Act, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
