On 22 October 2015, pursuant to section 94F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("Act"), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft TSO cost calculation determination for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired and speech impaired, for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.
