Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 October 2015 at 11.20am.
The liquidators of the above-named company fix 9 November 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The Companies Act 1993
On 19 October 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 18 November 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
