Notice is given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the Oak Lounge, Counties Function Centre, 222–250 Manukau Road, Pukekohe at 10.00am on Friday 23 October 2015:

To consider the administrators’ report in relation to the company’s affairs and any other matters raised relating to the company’s future and then to resolve either that:
a. the company execute a deed of company arrangement; or
b. the administration should end; or
c. the company be wound up; or
d. the meeting be adjourned.
To consider and, if thought fit, approve the administrators’ remuneration.
To determine:
a. the remuneration of the deed administrator, if one is appointed; or
b. the remuneration of the liquidator, if one is appointed.
To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
