Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators fix 18 November 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 September 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CENTRAL PARADE PHARMACY (2007) LIMITED be liquidated and that Daryl Peter Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 September 2015.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of CENTRAL PARADE PHARMACY (2007) LIMITED has fixed 6 November 2015 at 5.00pm as the date and time by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
