Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve Forms Part of the Mangapohue Natural Bridge Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Taupo/King Country District, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the said Act, and declares that on the date of publication of this notice the land shall be united to form part of the Mangapohue Natural Bridge Scenic Reserve in accordance with section 52(1) of the said Act.
