Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for road and for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
