Fisheries (Conversion Factors) Amendment Notice 2015 (Notice No. MPI 544)
Pursuant to section 188 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Manager Offshore Fisheries, Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of MPI, in accordance with section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, gives the following notice.

Title—(1) This notice is the Fisheries (Conversion Factors) Amendment Notice 2015 and is part of the principal notice.
(2) In this notice, "principal notice" means the Fisheries (Conversion Factors) Notice 2014 (No. MPI 392) as published in a supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2014, No. 115, page 3249.

Commencement—This notice comes into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amendment—Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the principal notice is amended by inserting the following clause:
32. Kingfish
The conversion factor for dressed kingfish (Seriola lalandi) is 1.60.

Taikura Rudolf Steiner School, Hastings (231) (Attendance Dues) Notice 2015
Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil at Taikura Rudolf Steiner School, Hastings (231) shall be a maximum of $890.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum, for 2016–2019.
