Notice is hereby given that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 2 November 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of D W A LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 2 October 2015 at 1.05pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The director has previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.
