Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

On 17 July 2015, an application for putting CENTRAL MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2015-470-109. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on Monday 19 October 2015 at 10.00am.
A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2015 at 9.50am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VIVOCE FASHIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 30 October 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
