Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 129(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, David Cunningham Carter, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Michael Lewis Sabin has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives for the Northland Electoral District with effect on Friday, 30 January 2015, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
