A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the interests described in the Schedule to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Canterbury Land District—Selwyn District

The rights created by Land Covenant 8120050.12 and Easement Instrument 9080346.3 over 0.8279 hectares, being part Lot 2 DP 411377 (part Computer Freehold Register 442405); marked "G" and "H" on SO 482383 appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 411377 (Computer Freehold Register 442406).
