Notice is given that the above-named companies propose to amalgamate on 1 November 2015, with ADVANCE ELECTRICAL WHOLESALERS GROUP LIMITED to continue as the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any of the companies or any person to whom a company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of a company, or any person to whom a company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to a company.
