Cereal Silage Levy
Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies (Cereal Silage) Order 2012 (“the Order”), a levy has been imposed
on, and shall be payable by, the producers of any cereal silage commodity grown in New Zealand.
In accordance with section 10 of the Order, the Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated has determined the
levy rates for 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 will be $10.00 per hectare harvested.

Land Notices
Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be United With and Form Part of the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation
Partnerships Manager, Far North District, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977,
and further, declares the said reserve to be united with and form part of the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Specially Protected Area
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is held for conservation purposes, and further, declares that the land in the Schedule is to be held for the
purposes of a conservation park and to be part of the Aotea Conservation Park.
