Notice of Appointment of Administrator and Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of CORNWALL COURT LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 September 2015.
The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Chapman Tripp, Level 35, ANZ Centre, 23 Albert Street, Auckland, on 24 September 2015 commencing at 11.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Decide whether to replace the administrator;
- decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
- receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company; and
- submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
