Notice is hereby given that on 17 September 2015 at 10.10am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DAVRON TELCO INSTALLATION SERVICE NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Kirk Richardson, insolvency practitioner of Commercial Business Services Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 16 October 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
