Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN210/23 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule to be taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
