Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested—Turitea Road, Palmerston North City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Palmerston North City Council; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN41B/212 subject to Mortgage B835211.3 and the Land Covenant in Transfer B232805.5
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Services Manager, Picton Office, Department of Conservation, firstly authorises the exchange of that part of the scenic reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second and Third Schedules; and secondly authorises the exchange of that part of the scenic reserve described in the Fourth Schedule for the land described in the Fifth Schedule.
