Pursuant to section 556 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 11 September 2015 granted the exemptions contained in the Financial Markets Conduct (First Mortgage Trust Group Investment Fund and First Mortgage PIE Trust) Exemption Notice 2015.
