Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (being a specific security agreement dated the 30th day of June 2015 between Compass Group New Zealand Limited and NZPW Group Limited) over the following mortgaged goods:
10 transportable containers
Registration Nos.: ACE00A, ACE00B, ACE00C, ACE00D, ACE00E, ACE00F, ACE00G, ACE00H, ACE00I and ACE00J ("the collateral").
Notice is hereby given that, on Tuesday 8 September 2015, Compass Group New Zealand Limited ("mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral.
The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 3, 15 Sultan Street, Ellerslie, Auckland.

Notice of Intention to Restore Limited Partnerships
Pursuant to section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, and in accordance with section 328(3)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the below-named applicant hereby gives notice of their intention to apply to the Registrar of Companies for restoration of the following limited partnerships on the grounds that the limited partnerships were carrying on business at the time of their removal and there is a proper reason for the limited partnerships to continue in existence:
- GANESHA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
- AKITUA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
Objections must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Level 18, 135 Albert Street, Auckland 1010, within 20 working days from the date of publication of this notice.
It is intended that the limited partnerships will be restored to the Register as soon as possible after the objection period has expired.
