Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of K & R LOGGING LIMITED on 8 September 2015 at 11.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 6 October 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The Limited Partnerships Act 2008
On 8 September 2015, it was resolved by resolution of the partners, pursuant to section 88(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, that the limited partnership be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 9 October 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the limited partnership are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, as applied in accordance with the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
