Animal Products Notice: Labelling Requirements for Exports of Dairy Based Infant Formula Products and Formulated Supplementary Food for Young Children, which comes into force on 18 June 2016.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace, PO Box 2526, Wellington.

Cancellation of Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 11C of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, I give notice that the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, and the Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Christchurch have mutually agreed to:

  • cancel the integration agreement dated 10 July 1980 for St Paul’s School (3541), Christchurch; and
  • cancel the integration agreement dated 4 September 1981 for Our Lady of Fatima School (3460), Christchurch.

The cancellation of both integration agreements will take effect on 27 January 2016 and, on cancellation:

a. St Paul’s School and Our Lady of Fatima School will each cease to be an integrated school;

b. the rights and obligations of the respective parties under the integration agreement for each school will cease to have effect; and

c. each school will close (and will not be deemed to be provisionally registered as a private school).

Variation of Port Chalmers as Operated by Port of Otago Limited as a Place of First Arrival* (Notice No. MPI 435)

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are being met, I vary the approval of Port Chalmers as operated by Port of Otago Limited to receive the following craft:

  • Bulk carriers
  • car ships
  • container vessels
  • general cargo
  • naval military
  • passenger
  • other (fishing)

that are able to discharge the following cargo types:

  • Break bulk;
  • bulk liquids;
  • containers;
  • general cargo;
