Variation of Royal New Zealand Air Force Base at Ohakea as a Place of First Arrival* (Notice No. MPI 434)
Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are being met, I vary the approval of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Base at Ohakea to receive the following craft:
Military Aircraft not exceeding 160 passengers
that are able to discharge the following cargo types:
- Live animals (dogs only);
- passengers, crew and baggage (including military equipment); and
- military vehicles and machinery.
