Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

John Trevor Whittfield was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on Tuesday 28 October 2014 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator hereby fixes 19 January 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 5 December 2014 at 5.00pm the members of ST CLAIR COMMUNITY KINDERGARTEN INCORPORATED passed a resolution at a general meeting, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, putting the society into liquidation, and appointed David Keith Russell of Markhams Clarke Craw as liquidator of the society.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 16 January 2015.
