Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 December 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that 2KVS LIMITED be liquidated and that Daryl Peter Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 December 2014.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of 2KVS LIMITED (in liquidation) has fixed 5.00pm on 6 February 2015 as the time and date by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

On 19 December 2014 at 4.00pm, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
