Amending a Notice Declaring Land for Road, Land to be Taken as Severance and Road to be Stopped—Cardrona Valley Road, Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of June 2014, declaring land for road, land to be taken as severance and road to be stopped in the Queenstown Lakes District published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 2014, No. 65, page 1878, by deleting the phrase under paragraph (c):

“Sections 20 and 21 SO 459975 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT9B/499 subject to Mortgage 630761”

and adding a new phrase under paragraph (c):

“Sections 20 and 21 SO 459975 being amalgamated with the adjoining land, the registered proprietors of whom are the settlor of the Adjoining Land as a Joint Family Home under application 602284.1 in Computer Freehold Register OT9B/499 subject to Mortgage 630761”.

Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council, under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, by resolution dated the 12th day of December 2012, authorised the exchange of the local purpose (environment and landscape protection) reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule.
