Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006

Application for Restoration of Name to Roll

David Philip Flewitt has applied to the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal (“Tribunal”) for restoration to the roll of barristers and solicitors pursuant to section 246 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006.

A hearing in Auckland is set down for Thursday 16 October 2014.

A person who wishes to make an objection to this application must file a written notice with the Tribunal stating the grounds and particulars thereof, and whether they wish to appear at the hearing of the application and be heard by the Tribunal.

Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Jennifer Raewyn Bisset is required to be paid to the Secretary for Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Jennifer Raewyn Bisset.

And that on 2 July 2014, $15,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Jennifer Raewyn Bisset.

This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Jennifer Raewyn Bisset to make claims against it.

Any person that has been a victim of Jennifer Raewyn Bisset, in respect of an offence for which Jennifer Raewyn Bisset was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Jennifer Raewyn Bisset.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Formulation Type: Suspension Concentrate

General Use Claim:
A SDHI fungicide for the control of black spot and powdery mildew in apples.
