Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

- Title, commencement and principal notice—(1) This is the Authorised Futures Dealers (Macquarie Bank Limited) Notice 2009 Amendment Notice 2014.
(2) This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (Macquarie Bank Limited) Notice 2009*.
- Renewal of principal notice—Clause 1(3) of the Authorised Futures Dealers (Macquarie Bank Limited) Notice 2009 is amended by omitting “31 July 2014” and substituting “30 November 2014”.
